Jessica Cooper, Realtor is a residential real estate agent based in Santa Cruz who helps first-time buyers, families, and luxury clients buy and sell homes with calm, clear guidance. I bring twenty years as a licensed Realtor, a lifelong local perspective, and respected credentials including CAR, NAR, and Certified Residential Specialist.

I keep my business intentionally small, so every client works directly with me, not through layers of assistants. I listen closely, explain each step in plain language, and move at your pace.
